Leonard Roberts

At the Prince County Hospital on Tuesday, August 3, 2021, with his family by his side, of William Joseph "Leonard" Roberts formerly of Shamrock, aged 89 years.  Beloved husband of Elva (McKenna).  Loving father of Michael (Joan), Jean (Walter Clark), Teresa, Louise (John Hattie) and Mark (Susan).  Lovingly remembered by 21 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and one great, great, grandchild.  Brother of Lorne (Elizabeth), Elizabeth (late William Weatherbie); Austina, Bertha (Neville Lawless); Connie (Bernard McCabe) and Jerry (Theresa).  Predeceased by an infant brother Leonard and his parents Austin and Jennie (MacDonald); granddaughter Amy Lynn and nephews Lennie and Patrick Weatherbie.  Resting at Lawless Funeral Home, Kinkora.  Visitation for family and invited guests will be held at the funeral home prior to the funeral.  Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Malachy’s Church, Kinkora on Saturday, August 7 at 10:30 a.m.  Donations in Leonard’s memory may be made to St. Malachy’s Cemetery Fund or to Wedgewood Manor Equipment Fund.
