"Debbie" Joan Bernard

The death occurred at her late residence in Borden-Carleton on Tuesday,

Born in Borden-Carleton on August 12th, 1952, to the late Edmund and Genevieve

Mother of Christine Wormald (Terry Savoie), Danielle Ulmer (Lanny), Nicole
Arsenault (Jeremy), Jennifer MacEachern (Brent), Holly Bernard (Dustin
Greenwood) and her loyal fur baby, Benji.

She was the proudest Grandmother to Hailey, Morgan, Emma, Brady, Jake, Avery,
Lexie, Lincoln and Daxton. Nothing made her happier than being around her
littlest loves.

Survived by siblings; Deina Smith (Louis), Louise Jay (Raleigh Barry), Bruce
Campbell (Ann), Scott Campbell (Virginia Kersey), Laurie Leard (Steven), and
Shawn Campbell (Brenda). In-laws Urban Allen, Barrie Bernard, Howie Bernard

Colleen Campbell, sisters-in-law Donna Bernard and Joann Allen, brother-in-law
Blake Bernard and nephews Joel Smith and Justin Hunter.  Also survived by many nieces and nephews who she absolutely loved and adored.

Debbie will be remembered as a kind, loving, giving person who was always
willing to volunteer or help with anything. She was an active member of the CWL for both Sacred Heart and St Peter’s Churches as well as a member of the Borden-Carleton Branch #10 Ladies Auxiliary. She was always baking and donating to people/organizations in need.

She was her children’s biggest supporter, and they will miss her more than words
could ever say.

Debbie worked hard her whole life up until an injury stopped her at the age of 64.
She spent over 20 years at Cavendish Farms before moving to Confederation Cove Mussels, and then on to Atlantic Beef, where she worked for over 10 years. She made some lifelong friends along the way who she talked about often. Debbie will be greatly missed by all.
